These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Sai Kitchen Repair website and service enquiry channels.

Independent service provider

Sai Kitchen Repair is an independent repair service. Unless explicitly stated for a particular matter, we do not claim affiliation with, endorsement by or authorization from appliance manufacturers or brands.

Service requests

Submitting a form, calling or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry and does not itself guarantee a technician visit, repair outcome, fixed price or completion time. Serviceability and appointment details are confirmed separately.

Inspection, price and approval

Customers should confirm any inspection/visit fee, labour charge, parts cost, taxes and other applicable charges before approving work. Additional faults discovered during inspection may require a revised estimate.

Parts

Availability and type of spare parts depend on the appliance and market availability. Customers should ask whether a part is original, compatible, refurbished or otherwise described before approving its use.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate appliance and location information.
• Ensure reasonable and safe access to the appliance.
• Keep children/pets away from the service area where appropriate.
• Do not request unsafe or unlawful work.

Gas safety

If you suspect a gas leak or immediate danger, stop using the appliance, shut off the gas supply if it is safe to do so, ventilate the area where appropriate and contact the relevant emergency/provider support rather than relying solely on an online booking.

Website availability

We may update the website, services, service areas and these terms from time to time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

Applicable law

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws in India. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
